FYEFM200 Electrofusion Welding Machine is the special connecting device used to electrofusion connect polythene pressure and non-pressure conduit. It's a multipurpose low voltage electrofusion machine capable of using any brand of HDPE,PP,PP-R couplers avaiable in the market for transport of gas , water, and other fluids. PPR up to OD 160mm. PP and HDPE up to OD 200mm.

Alarm Codes And Their Meaning
Warning ! The welding cycle is interrupted whenever on error code is displayed. The interruption may cause the deterioration of the material being welded.
In no event shall we are liable for any direct , indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind whatsover with respect to the use of pipes/fittings/couplers previously involved iin welding cycles resulting in error codes.

Error #1-24 --------------Error parsing bar code
Probable cause:
The X parameter in bar code cann't be parsed or not applicable
Solution: Contact with couplers supplier
Error #25--------------Not welding bar code
Probable Cause: Scan not welding bar code
Solution: Rescanning welding bar code, make sure the laser beam aims at the welding bar code.
Pre-welding Inspection
Error # 31 -------------- Unableto output the specified voltage( specified voltage is too high)
Error # 32 -------------- Unableto output the specified current ( specified current too heavy )
Error # 33 -------------- Unableto output the specified voltage( specified voltage is too low)
Error # 34 -------------- Unableto output the specified current ( specified current too low)
Probable Cause: 1. The input of welding parameters is incorrect. 2.Welding parameters are out of range
Solution: 1. Modifying welding parameters. 2. Using the correct electrofusion fittings.
Error # 37--------------Load short circuit
Probable Cause: 1. Electrofusion Fitting is damage. 2.Connection Short Circuit.
Solution: 1.Repeat the welding with another electrofusion fitting. 2. Troubleshoot the short circuit of connecting cable.
Error #38-------------Unconnected Load
Probable Cause: 1.Electrofusion Fitting is damage. 2. Loose connection cable. 3. Not connection electrofusion fittings and pipes .
Solution: 1.Repeat the welding with another electrofusion fitting. 2. Troubleshoot the short circuit of connecting cable. 3. Reconnect the electrofusion fittings and pipes.
Error # 41--------------Ambient Temperature is too high
Probable Cause: The ambient temperature is higher than 50°C.
Solution: Protect the working site where the welding is taking place in order to reach an ambient temperature within the allowable limits.
Error # 42 --------------Transformer Overheated (during welding)
Error # 43 -------------- Silicon Controlled Rectifier Overheated (during welding)
Probable Cause: Continuous working and welding big size of electrofusion fittings. The temperature of the transformer is too high.
Solution: Waiting the machine has cooled off and then repeat the welding
Error # 51 --------------Power source frequency is too high or low
Error # 52------------- Power source voltage is too high
Error # 53-------------Power source voltage is too low
Probable Cause: The power source does not meet requirements.
Solution: Using the power source meet requirements.

Error # 200 -------------short circuit
Probable Cause: 1.Electrofusion Fitting is damage.
Solution: Repeat the welding with another electrofusion fitting.
Error #201------------ Resistance of electrofusion fittings become smaller , stop welding
Error #202------------ Resistance of electrofusion fittings become bigger , stop welding
Probable Cause: 1.Electrofusion Fitting is damage. 2. The electrofusion fitting parameters have changed to much , which is beyond the applicable scope of electrofusion machine.
Solution: Repeat the welding with another electrofusion fitting if just the electrofusion fitting damage.
You should change other brand if electrofusion fitting parameters have changed to much.
Error # 205 ------------Silicon Controlled Rectifier Overheated, stop welding
Error # 206-------------Transformer Overheated , stop welding
Probable Cause: Welding current is too heavy
Solution: Waiting the machine has cooled off and then repeat the welding
Maintenance Instructions & Warranty Agreement
Maintenance of the equipment by professional;
Clean dust and sundries on the components;
Check the equipment grounding whether in good or safe condition;
Detection of high-current connection point is in good contact condition, without exception; check other wiring points loose or not;
The equipment which equipped with large-capacity capacitor, check the temperature of the capacitor and check the leakage, bulge phenomenon of the external surface;
When not using the equipment for a long time, you should cut off the power supply.
Device is guaranteed for 12 months against any failure or damage of the device under normal operation.
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery.
Service in following situations will be charged, even if it is within the warranty period:
Damages from fire, water disasters or abnormal voltage
Damage from operation for non-supported functions.
Failures from operation that is not under the guidance
Be sure to keep the sheet, and show it to servicing personnel.
The service charge will be calculated according to actual expenses, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
